We only accept white EPS packaging foam with a #6 in the recycling triangle.
We do NOT accept egg cartons, food containers or packaging peanuts.
The foam products we manufacture at Armstrong Brands are 100% recyclable and are re-used to make new foam products every day. Armstrong Brands takes recycling seriously and continues to invest in the most current recycling technologies. In addition to our foam recycling program, Armstrong Brands now offers biodegradable molded foam. As part of our continuing efforts to provide our customers with sustainable products, we're excited about this product that offers all of the benefits of our traditional expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. Biodegradable EPS is manufactured and performs the same as traditional EPS foam, but begins to break down immediately after it is disposed of and reacts with natural enzymes found in the ground or biologically active landfills.
